Amid the crisis plaguing Mali North Africa, has emerged another hot spot in the region. The overthrow of the President of the Central African Republic, François Bozizé, by the action of the rebel alliance Seleka allows this group and its allies access to resources and funding sources and power. One of the likely consequences is the disintegration of the state and the resumption of internal power struggles.
