The seal Islamist revolt in Libya. Belhadj, from terrorist to hero of the revolution (DIEEEO01-2012)

Abdul Hakim Belhadj, the former emir of the Libyan Islamic Combatant Group - Al-Jamaat al-Islamiyyah al-Muqatilah fi-Libya is currently commander of the rebel forces in Tripoli. He is responsible for the safety of the principal figures of the National Transitional Council, a fact that taking into account his jihadist past - when he was awarded with a direct contact with Osama Bin Laden in Afghanistan and Pakistan - is a declaration of principles to all forces that emerge in a new Libya where Islam is seen as the most popular support political option.
