The random transition in Libya (DIEEEO26-2012)

A year after the popular uprising that had led to the overthrow the former dictator, the transitional government of Libya has not yet been able to offer a coherent leadership and to exercise real control of the State. The power struggles between hundreds of militias threat the transition of the Libya toward a democratic State safe. In the absence of national institutions, the rebels control all cities: establishments, hospitals, and detention center where they are involved in the cases of violations of human rights. To achieve the rebels get rid the weapons and to return the security in the country will be necessary to celebrate the first legislative election in June.
