USA. Budget Guidelines of the State Department (DIEEEA12-2012)

Recently it has been presented the budget for the U.S. Department of State for the fiscal year 2013 that begins next September. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has presented its guidelines in Congress and Senate, before the respective committees, "House Subcommittee Appropriation" and "Foreign Relations Committee."
