Two years since the Cuban-American reunion (DIEEEA66-2016)

This article aims to present the relationship between Cuba and the United States as well as the  prospect that they continue to evolve positively. The concern that the economic crisis in the Great Antilla can be a serious obstacle to the country's modernization is also expressed. Moreover, the generational change at the head of power to be completed in the next four years presents many questions that still are not clear. Finally, the article highlights the importance of Cuba for the evolution of regional security, negatively affected by the impact of illicit trafficking and organized crime on governance.
