Kosovo, year 10…and? (DIEEEO21-2018)

Kosovo has celebrated on February 17, 2018 the tenth anniversary of its self-proclaimed independence, recognized only by part of the International Community; and, since that date, a great effort has been made in the attempt to stabilize this territory.

A brief review of the basic pillars that make up the stabilization cycle -security, governance, economic and social development- articulate this document. And a final reflection on this new process of "balkanization” in Europe closes the text.
