The time of the European Defense (DIEEEO92-2017)

In a historic moment in which the very existence of the European Union is in question, European leaders seek to give a new impetus to the integration project represented by the Union. The Common Security and Defense Policy of the European Union is one of the centerpieces of this intention. This Document outlines some of the issues that will condition progress towards a genuine security and defense policy of the European Union.
