With the latest nuclear essays conducted by the North Korean regime (two in 2016), most doubts around the real nuclear potential of the hermit state seem to have been dissipated. Seoul must now face a new challenge and a considerable number of advisers among the current president’s cabinet, Mrs. Park Geun-Hye, are pushing in favor of carrying out one of her father’s most yearned dreams: a South Korean military nuclear program.
