New Tunisian Constitution, approved on January 26th, 2014, is a good example of consent between secularists and Islamists. Tunisia has proved that it is possible to reconcile two apparently irreconcilable positions. The Tunisian experience will become a model for other countries around if, after the approval of the Magna Carta, it is able to deepen democracy, to stabilize the country and to begin policies of economic and social equality in order to develop and fulfill the contents in the sanctioned Constitution.
