Informative document: Citizenship and Culture Defence and National Security in France

In France, it is necessary to have a formed culture of security and defense to be considered a citizen of right plenary session. Unlike Spain, in France, the culture of defense and national security is included, in a stable way, in the common core of knowledge and skills that students must acquire during their primary and secondary studies.
