Documento de opinión: Changes and movements in Security and Defense in the Arctic

Many things are changing in the Arctic and there are many actors involved for one reason or another.
The following document is a brief look at some of the latest developments in Security and Defense that may have long-term significance and to some extent both in that area and more distant.
Although it is a long distance race, it is clear that none of those involved want to stop participating in it, much less be in the starting line without making the usual warm-up exercises.
