Informative document: The electronic vote machines in Namibia

In many African countries expectations arise surrounding electoral processes. A complain regarding the utilization of electronic vote machines brought to Elections Court by Namibian opposition, recalls our attention towards the evolution of democratic institutions in the African continent, as well as the future of political situation for the next year.
