The Military Intelligence, historical constant (DIEEEO79-2014)

Since ancient times, the decision makers (Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Frederick the Great, Duke of Marlborourgh, Wellinton, George Washington, Marshal Kleist, General MacArthur, H. Norman Schwarzkopf, ...) have always tried to obtain information on the stage where it was to develop the battle, the enemy who opposed his intentions, capabilities, specifications, vulnerabilities and strengths. This article is based on historical examples and unclassified documents that corroborate the theory in wich military intelligence units are organized. Every chief, at all levels of war, must consider intelligence as an inseparable part of the operations for which it is responsible, since it plays a key role in planning of the same ones, and his conduction.
