The legal framework and the legality of the international intervention in Libya (DIEEEO131-2015)

Libya is in an endless crisis. It’s gone over four years, and during this period the country has bear the weight of an intensive international activity over different fields.
Throughout the following exposition, the international interventions in the country’s juridical framework will be analyzed having under consideration the juridical support offered by the United Nations Organization, the European Union Treaties, and the up springing new concept of security and “responsibility to protect”.
The second part of the exposition shall address the United Nations’ numerous mandates, Security Councils resolutions, and European Union decisions issued till nowadays.
Even though future is unknown, and in Libya’s case totally unpredictable the international community shall be using the same tools and decision processes as it has done up to now in order to accomplish its international mandates.
