Informative document: The annual report to U.S. Congress on China's military development

The annual report to congress on Military and Security developments involving the People´s Republic of China 2012 reviews the latest developments of China's Military Strategy and Doctrine, Force modernization and trends, Military-to-Military contacts and the PRC’s Taiwan Strategy. Also, it presents four appendixes: size, location and capabilities of Chinese military forces; China and Taiwan Force data; Military-to-Military exchanges; and other maps and charts related to its military strategy.
