Framework document: The 5+5 Initiative of Defence. Mediterranean Security: Common Security

May marks the tenth anniversary of the Tripoli Conference, real resumption of Dialogue 5+5 since the beginning of his career in the early 1990s. At this time, the 5+5 Initiative of Defence, created in 2004, was revealed as a highly effective tool at the service of the interests of a common security in the Western Mediterranean. The joint military exercises, developed annually, outline the effectiveness achieved in shared security in the area.
